ReFrame Rebuild Solutions (RRS) is a premier engineering consultancy firm committed to supporting the reconstruction and recovery of Syria’s infrastructure and communities. Founded by two dedicated Civil Engineers with extensive experience in post-crisis reconstruction and development, RRS delivers high-quality technical services tailored to the needs of both private and public sector clients.
